Boeing B767 panel for Flight Simulator 2004

by Alessandro Antonini - http://www.cpinf.net

Description
===========
This comes from an old FS98 panel by Eric Ernst which is one of the best jobs
I have seen, even better than many so-called "realistic" panels for later
FS releases. Since I greatly missed this panel, then I have reworked it for
FS2004. All gauges react to panel lights and avionics buses, making it great
to flight at night. Also features no-smoking/fasten-seat belts signs, plus
tape sliding radar altimeter and regulable seat position. Last but not least,
I have included the whole gauge source code under GPL.

Installation
============
Copy cpb767.gau into your FS2004\sub-folder. Copy the rest into the aircraft,
you want to associate this panel with, panel sub-folder. Run FS2004 and enjoy
it!

Notes about radio stacks
========================
Since the radio stacks don't have stand-by frequencies then you must make sure
your aircraft is configured by consequence, otherwise they won't work. To
configure aircraft, edit aircraft.cfg and make sure the radio entries are as
below:

[Radios]
// Radio Type = availiable, standby frequency, has glide slope
Audio.1=1
Com.1=1, 1
Com.2=1, 1
Nav.1=1, 0, 1
Nav.2=1, 0, 0
Adf.1=1
Transponder.1=1
Marker.1=1

Enhancements
============
HSI still doesn't feature a ARC/ROSE mode (only ARC at this time), I'll do
that on next release. Note that I'm open to any suggestions you may have and:
I am not a pilot, I am a programmer!
